iPhone 5S Coming Soon. Gazelle.com will Buy your iPhone, and Pay in about 9 Days 🍎🍎🍎🍎 💰💰💰💰

🌐 iPhone 5S is Coming Soon. Gazelle.com will Buy your iPhone, or Andriod Smart Phone. Gazelle will Pay you quickly by crediting your checking account or your PayPal account, or they will mail you a Check, you decide. From the day that you package your SmartPhone to Gazelle, and hand it to the UPS Agent, to the day that you are actually paid, it takes about 9 calendar days.

🌐 We have used Gazelle for since 2010, where they’ve bought 6 iPhones and 4 iPads over the three years, paid exactly as agreed, and they pay for the shipping. Therefore, what to do with that 2 year old iPhone or Andriod, don’t give it to your Carrier for a $50 credit, sell it to Gazelle for about $200 in quick cash.

🌐 Gazelle.com is not like an eBay Auction, where bidders come to look at your item and bid or not bid, and hopefullly you get the “fair price” you were counting on.

🌐 Gazelle.com is very easy to use. You go on-line select the menu items at the top-left of their opening screen, once you’ve identified YOUR iPhone, its memory size, and your Carrier, then a panel opens with Three Simple Condition Choices: BROKEN, GOOD, PERFECT. Gazelle defines these conditions in every day language, so you don’t need a law degree to make the selection. With each selection a Price is displayed in the Offer Box. If you agree with this offer, you may then establish an “Account” identifying yourself, how you desire to be paid, address, email address, etc.

🌐 Gazelle.com establishes a unique reusable account, you have a Confirmed Offer, subject to their examination and acceptance of your iPhone and its stated condition. The Offer is Effective for a Limited Time, like 30 days; however, Gazelle last year extended their Committed Offer to 60 days to encourage more Sellers to register their iPhones. BTW the 30 day Commitment is determined by the Date of the Offer and Day that UPS scans-receives your item for delivery to Gazelle. If you miss the date, the Commitment is Terminated, no exceptions, as the pricing of their offers, generally Decreases with Time.

🌐 Timing Strategy. Lets assume you believe that the iPhone 5S may be deliverable to your Front Door by an on-line pre-order, or you buy at the Apple Store on Friday, September 27th. Total Guess as no one knows. To make sure you time this to your advantage, get your offer from Gazelle, which starts the 30-Day-Meter, on Monday September 9th. This gives you until October 8th to have your UPS Gazelle carton scanned by the UPS Agent for your iPhone 5. This gives you a one Week cushion, in the event the iPhone 5S is released a week later say, on October 4th.

🌐 More Strategy. In the event Apple dons not release the iPhone 5S within the window of time set by Gazelle’s Offer deadline, simply do not send the iPhone 5 to Gazelle, as there is no penalty for your failing to deliver, or just cancel their Offer. Repeat the Timing Strategy above every three weeks, so that you always have a Live Unexpired 30-day Offer in place, awaiting your deliver your New iPhone 5S.

🌐 The PLAN is for YOU to have TWO iPhones at the same time for 5 to 10 days. This gives you time to make sure everything is working on the New iPhone 5S before you give up to Gazelle your iPhone 5. Also if you misplaced the ear-buds, you can take the new ear-buds from the 5S box, and place it in the iPhone 5 carton to send to Gazelle. Generally, to make sure I get the “Perfect” rating on the iPhone, I take the Charger, the Charging Wire, and the Ear-Buds, all other Packaging Materials from the NEW iPhone Box, and placing same into the OLD iPhone Box, along with the OLD iPhone.

🌐 Before You Ship to Gazelle. Firstly Follow Gazelle’s Procedures to the letter. This includes:

1⃣ Back Up your existing iPhone to the CLOUD now, to assure that all your iPhone content will be brought into your New iPhone. When you power-up the New iPhone for the first time, the menues will ask you if you want to…

2⃣ AT&T iPhones where there is a SIM Card, open the miniature SIM Card Tray on the right side of the iPhone, remove the SIM Card, and place this Simcard into Your New iPhone. There will be a SIM Card in the New iPhone, so you are swapping SIM Cards.

3⃣ AT&T iPhones where there is a SIM Card, open the miniature SIM Card Tray on the right side of the iPhone, remove the SIM Card, and place this Simcard into Your New iPhone. There will be a SIM Card in the New iPhone, so you are swapping SIM Cards.

4⃣ Restore your New iPhone from your CLOUD, select Yes, and everything, calendars, address book, photos, email accounts, all yur Apps and the location of the Apps, ring-tones, background wallpapers, ect… will be brough into your new iPhone.

5⃣ Make sure everything is AOK, With the new iPhone On and Operating, make a few calls, make sure everyting is working OK. You will have to Enter your email passwords, as the restore process does not save nor bring over your passwords. The restore may take 30 minutes. Be in a WiFi area and Do Not Interrupt the Restore Process.

6⃣ Everyting is OK on the New iPhone, put it aside, you tested it, and its Good to Use.

7⃣ Caution. Be sure everything is operating OK on the NEW iPhone, before Resetting the OLD iPhone. For example, if the New iPhone was defective, you could receive an immediate replacement, and Restore this 2nd New iPhone 5S with your OLD iPhone.

8⃣ Reset the OLD iPhone, make sure the SIM Card was removed, (step 3⃣). Turn on the OLD iPhone; go to the Settings App, this is a Gray Icon decorated with Gray Gears. Select: General. Select: Reset, Select: “Erase All Content and Settings.” When making this selection it will give you two “Are You Sure” opportunities to abort this Total Reset. This Reset process is Not Reversable.

🌐 Ship your OLD iPhone to Gazelle. You are now ready to package the old iPhone, however, setp-by-step Follow Gazelle’s Procedures to the letter, which includes placing a copy of the Gazelle paperword into the shipping box. From the date you deliver the Box to UPS, (Get a Paper Receipt from the UPS Agent, so you can prove you shipped it, and within 30 days) you should be paid within about 9 calendar days, that’s my experience.

🌐 Consider this. Traditionally, with an AT&T subsidy for example… You arrive at the AT&T store and want a new iPhone 5S; You sign a new 2-Year Contract, and Pay $200 to AT&T. Since the iPhone 5S costs $600 priced by Apple, when you buy the iPhone 5S, AT&T sends to Apple your $200+$400 from AT&T’s account.

🌐 Credit Check by the Carrier. There are two reasons that AT&T considers your credit-rating, the carrier is looking for payment history giving then assurance that you will pay your monthly cellular bill, and the carrier is advancing in your behalf a $400 subsidy it pays Apple. Recall you are paying $200 for a $600 iPhone, AT&T is paying $400 in our behalf, and “trusts” that you will honor your 2-year services contract.

🌐 Over the two years of the services contract the $400 that AT&T paid in your behalf, this subsidy is costing you in effect $400/24 which accounts for $16.70/month, although this $16.70/month is built into your cellular services package; this amount not assessed to you as an add-on installment for the hardware. At the end of your 2-year contract period, the iPhone-5 is essectially “paid in full” and is yours with no other payments for the iPhone.

🌐 Consider this too. Lets assume that I desire the new iPhone 5S in September. AT&T tells me that there is a $250 Early Termination Fee in 2013, because the termination is 12 months early, when I acquired the iPhone 5 in 2012. So for me to take on the new iPhone 5S, I have to pay the termination fee of $250 plus pay $200 for the new iPhone 5S assuming you do not choose a $100 memory upgrade (AT&T subsidized). As a result I would have to pay AT&T $250+$200=$450, and I would have signed a new 2-year commitment to AT&T and, have the "free and clear" iPhone 5. The early Termination Fee is actually reimbursing AT&T for the unpaid balance of the $400 they paid for my iPhone 5 plus a little extra.

🌐 Gazelle Comes to the Rescue. Go on-line to http://www.Gazelle.com and get an offer from Gazelle. Today I logged onto Gazelle’s site for this Article; their current Offer to Buy my iPhone 5 is $350 in “Perfect” condition, which means no scratches flawless iPhone 5 + I retained the original Box all the packaging materials, Charger, Wire and Ear Buds. We always have our iPhones in cases, so there no signs of typical use. If there were some scratches, all the buttons are in place, no cracks or broken display glass, the Gazelle offering price is classified as ‘Good” $320. We have sold 10 Apple devices to Gazelle for years, recycling 6 iPhones and 4 iPads. Gazelle’s system is honest, their pricing includes UPS shipping to Gazelle. They Paid directly into our PayPal account in about 9 days from the Date I handed the Box to the UPS Agent (get a paper receipt from the UPS agent).

🌐 Consider This. If you don’t mind dealing with Gazelle, which is actually effortless, and assuming the AT&T Early Termination Fee is $250 this year, and the new iPhone 5S costs me $200, then I’m in the deal for $450. However, Gazelle is sending me $350, therefore the exchange for the new iPhone 5S will cost out of pocket ($450-$350) a net of about $100.

🌐 One More Thing. If you desire to reCycle your iPhone every 2 years, for example you have the iPhone 4S, and its now about two years later. There would be no Early Termination fee. Gazelle will pay you $215 for a normal wear iPhone 4S. AT&T with their traditional 2 year Contracts calls for your to pay $200 for the New iPhone 5S; However, Gazelle is paying you $215, therefore there is no cost to you to upgrade to the iPhone 5S with 2-year cycles.

🌐 If you are an AT&T subscriber, chances are you have a plan in which you sign up for a 2-year contract, and you are Committed to your iPhone for 2 years. AT&T is changing things up for those that want the "Latest and Greatest" every time iPhone releases a new iteration.

🌐 AT&T is offering a New Annual iPhone Upgrade Plan that gives you Yearly Upgrades. However, the first iPhone is not subsidized. First, this is how the AT&T subsidy works. You arrive at the AT&T store and want a new iPhone 5; You have sign a new 2-Year Contract, and Pay $200 to AT&T. Since the iPhone 5 costs $600 from Apple, AT&T actually sends to Apple your $200+$400 from AT&T’s account.

🌐 Alternatively, the AT&T New Upgrade Plan. The New Upgrade Plan, you pay full price, $600, for your new iPhone in Cash on Day one, with 2-year Contract. For instance, say you buy an iPhone 5, and you choose to pay the $600. However, you may chose to make payments to AT&T for the new iPhone with $30/month installments, instead of $600 on day one, which is added to your standard cell-phone monthly bill. Lets pretend this plan started for you in September, 2012 when you acquired the iPhone 5, using AT&T’s Installment Payment plan of $30/month. In 12 months you’re into the iPhone 5 for 360.

🌐 Its September, 2013 and the iPhone 5S may be released. This new AT&T Plan permits you to trade in your iPhone 5, after only one-year has passed, and paying $360 in installments. No Problem you get the new iPhone 5S. However, your $30/month installment plan that you’ve paid Twelve $30 payments, refreshes to a new 2-year installment arrangement. However, you got a new iPhone 5S.
